TAB Store Transactions

The TAB Store offers a variety of products directly, through vendors acting on our behalf, or by third parties to whom we have established links from our website to make products and services available to you. When you conduct a transaction with us (either directly or with a vendor acting on our behalf), we will request certain contact information from you and payment information. The contact information is used to process your orders and to send you information about other products and services that may interest you from time to time. The payment information collected is used to bill you for products. We have committed to refer unresolved Privacy Shield complaints to Judicial Arbitration and Mediation Services, Inc. (“JAMS”), an alternative dispute resolution provider located in the United States. If you do not receive timely acknowledgment of your complaint from us, or if we have not addressed your complaint to your satisfaction, you may invoke binding arbitration through JAMS. Scope and Use of Information Collected

Information we collect from TAB Members or TAB Facilitators is used solely for the purposes of providing services to TAB Members and TAB Facilitators. We may engage third party vendors for certain business-related activities and provide such third party vendors with relevant information. Any such third party vendors must abide by the terms of our Vendor Confidentiality Agreement, including, without limitation, a prohibition on the (i) dissemination, (ii) sale, or (iii) use for any non-TAB-related purpose of information provided. We disclaim any liability for the misuse of information by any third party vendor, but we will cooperate with you in connection with any proceeding you may elect to institute against such vendor for misuse of information. We are potentially liable for onward transfers to third parties of personal data received pursuant to Privacy Shield.

We will provide a summary of any information collected from you, or update or delete such information, upon request submitted to us at the address listed under “Dispute Resolution” within five (5) business days of the submission of such request unless such information is subject to retention pursuant to Article 21(2) of the European Union’s General Data Protection Regulation.

Except for the purposes described above, we do not disclose or sell information collected from TAB Members or TAB Facilitators to any third party. Notwithstanding the foregoing, we may disclose any such information in response to a lawful request from governmental authorities or law enforcement agencies.

 

Liability for Onward Transfers to Third Parties

We require that third party vendors abide by the terms of our Vendor Confidentiality Agreement, including, without limitation, a prohibition on the (i) dissemination, (ii) sale, or (iii) use for any non-TAB-related purpose of information provided. We disclaim any liability for the misuse of information by any third party vendor that fails to abide by the terms of our Vendor Confidentiality Agreement, but we will cooperate with you in connection with any proceeding you may elect to institute against such vendor for misuse of information.
