Strategies For Board Composition

Initial training is also followed by up to 8 days of in market support, which can be completed virtually if required, to help new franchisees accelerate their learning and success. We are committed to ongoing learning, so for us training doesn’t end after 3 weeks, or 3 months or even 3 years. It never ends! At any time, you are able to repeat your initial training programme, at no additional charge.

Our franchisees also gain all of the incredible content we provide to our members, such as webinars and seminars on leadership.

What About Ongoing Support?

It doesn’t end after your training!  We provide unmatched support throughout your time with The Alternative Board.  It never ends!  Including having your own coach, peer advisory board and a community of people who have successfully built their TAB businesses there to share their knowledge and experience.  Be in business for yourself, not by yourself!

 

Field Support Training

Daily support between training and launch, followed by 8 days “in market” support.

Ongoing Support

Weekly coaching sessions for the first six months, transitioning to monthly thereafter.

Peer Board Meetings

Peer Board Meetings occur monthly with your fellow TBOs to share experience and knowledge

Community Calls

Fortnightly community calls led by franchisees, offering a space to explore challenges, ask questions, and share practical solutions — all in a supportive, peer-driven environment.

Conference

You’re invited to attend our annual International TAB Franchise Owner Conference, along with local Australia/New Zealand gatherings — offering valuable training, peer connection, and the latest insights to help you grow your business and enhance the services you deliver.

Our Support Office manages member invoicing, debt collection, and supports your marketing efforts  through significant marketing investment in The Alternative Board brand.
